The registration deadline for telc exams ends on Thursday at 1:00 PM two weeks before the desired exam date. After this deadline, you still have the option to register for the exam, but a late registration fee of 30 euros will be charged.

Yes! We have scheduled our exam days so that both exam parts are taken on the same day. Please note that there may be a longer break between the written and oral exams. Therefore, please keep the entire day free from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Yes! Even though both exam parts are held on the same day with us, you can take the parts on two different days if you register for two different exams and have your partial results credited. It is important in this case that you bring the results of the first part taken to the second exam.
Yes! A partial result is valid for twelve months. Within this period, you can have your partial result credited. So, for example, if you only failed the written exam but passed the oral one, you can retake only the written part at the next opportunity. You can then merge this partial result with the result of the previously passed oral exam. Please note that you must bring a copy of the result sheet of the passed exam on the second exam day, as failing to do so may cause delays in the crediting process.
Approximately four days before your exam, we will inform you of your exact exam time in a separate email. In the email, we will also explain what you should bring on your exam day. Please note that before you can start the exam, you must first check in at the front office.
If you have not received an email from us and it has not landed in your spam folder four days before the exam, please contact us by email immediately.
You are not allowed to use your mobile phone during the written exam, during the break in the written exam part for C1 & C1 Hochschule exams, or during the oral exam. Other electronic devices, such as tablets, are also not allowed during the exam.

After the written exam, we will inform you when you need to go to the waiting area for the oral exam.
The correction of the exams can take up to six weeks. You can check the current status of your exam in our exam status portal, where you can also find the estimated arrival time of your results. Once your certificate arrives at our examination center, you can collect it at our school. Additionally, you will receive an email with a scan of your certificate.
No, since the beginning of 2021, there is no option to shorten the correction time.
Currently, telc typically takes up to 6 weeks to correct the exams. Please note that we cannot influence the correction time at telc. You can check the current status of your exam in our exam status portal, where you will also find the estimated arrival time of your results. Once your certificate arrives at our examination center, you can collect it at our school. Additionally, you will receive an email with a scan of your certificate.
If you have passed both parts of the exam, your telc certificate does not have an expiration date. However, if you have only passed one part of the exam, your result is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
